Payments
After review your website, only if you are 100% satisfied, you have to make a purchase directly thru your
website, thru PayPal - button "buy now". After you purchased we delete payment button, store in your
hosting space, link to your domain name and publish your website to the world! Payment is non-refundable!
We regret we do not accept Western Union.

It is the Duoservers by A and I policy that any outstanding accounts are required to be paid in full no later
than 30 days from the client being informed of the end of their project. If accounts are not settled or
Duoservers by A and I have not been contacted regarding the delay, access to your demo website may be
denied.

Compatibility
Duoservers by A and I will endeavour to ensure that any designed site or application will function correctly
on the server it is initially installed in and that it will function correctly when viewed with the web browsing
software Microsoft Internet Explorer 7 and to an acceptable level with Mozilla Firefox.
Duoservers by A and I offer no guarantees of correct function with other browser software.

Whilst every endeavour will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of
errors, Duoservers by A and I cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction of
the website or any part of it.

Copyright
Upon completion of the project, Duoservers by A and I transfers all rights and ownership of custom designs
and programming written by Duoservers by A and I to the client. Software and third party graphics or
programs are not transferred to the client and remain under copyright of their respective owners.

After the website in your possession you need to decide to protect your rights or not. We do not have any
responsibility for it! If you need the address of the copyright agencies feel free to contact us, we will be
more than happy to help you!

If you don’t register your copyright and someone else claims your work as their own, you will have to prove
that it is actually yours. Registration avoids this burden of proof.

Duoservers by A and I reserves the right to resell custom designed web sites that remain unpaid by the
original client, unaccepted mockups or other graphics created by Duoservers by A and I but not in legal
use by the client.

Duoservers by A and I accept no responsibility for the copyright of text, images and code sent to us by
client - it is the client's responsibility to ensure they are legally allowed to use/display any item sent to us.

Duoservers by A and I will place a link on your website in the footer area back to
http://customdesign.sitestudio-websitebuilder.com as is the norm with most web designers.
Other arrangements can be made if the client wishes to have it removed.

Web Hosting and Domains
Duoservers by A and I hosting service is requested!

As a Customer of our Services, you need to be aware that, when signing up for an account with Web
Hosting Company - Duoservers by A and I, you accept and agree to abide by our Web Hosting Terms of
Service (this document) and our Acceptable Use Policy (AUP). The Order Form completion of the Service
represents the electronic signing of these two documents.

As a Customer of our Services, you understand and agree also that it is beyond the power of Web Hosting
Company - Duoservers by A and I to restrict any public access to the data that you position on our
servers and guarantee the security of your files. In this respect, you accept that it is your obligation to
protect all the information that you make available to the wide internet public through our web hosting
network and assume all responsibility for unveiling online personal data that could be abused.

NOTE:
The renewal of hosting/domain names takes place per annum. The client will be notified 60 days before the
end date of service and again 30 days before. If we are unable to communicate with a client, or the client
does not make payment in time, the service will be end. In the case of domain names there is no
guarantee that the same domain name will be available if allowed to expire. Duoservers by A and I are not
responsible for keeping records, or to warn you of the expiration dates, of domain/hosting purchased
elsewhere by the client himself/herself.

Reselling Our Services/Duoservers by A and I As Outsourcers
Those forming an agreement as a reseller are additionally bound to these additional terms.

The reselling of our services is permitted to only one agreed client who shall be the only reseller in that
chain; reselling our services to another reseller will result in immediate termination of your account.

Your clients may not contact us directly regarding the project or a support request.

In the eventuality of non-payment of invoices for any product or service, Duoservers by A and I reserves
the right to force total suspension of your services and your client's services until such time as any monies
are paid. Work on parallel projects will be suspended until full payment is made.

Liability
Services are provided 'as is' without warranty of any kind that the item will be uninterrupted or error free.
In no event shall Duoservers by A and I be liable to the client for any direct, indirect, special, punitive,
incidental, or consequential damages arising out of the use, misuse or inability to use the website,
services, and/or goods provided to the client. This includes, without limitation, lost profits, business
interruption, loss of data or other losses directly resulting from the use of the website, services, and/or
goods provided to the client. The entire risk as to the quality and performance of the web design is with
the client.

Changes In Terms
Duoservers by A and I
reserves the right to change or update these terms at any time without prior notice.
